Ellie is originally from Whitefish and lived in affordable housing for the last few years she was in town before her family moved when she was a teenager to find a more affordable cost of living. Ellie has her Master of Social Work degree and works in mental health. Since returning to the Flathead Valley, Ellie has become involved in housing insecurity and advocating for more housing after herself struggling to secure housing - even with a good job and salary. Ellie enjoys hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, and playing with her dog in her free time.
